LOCAL BANDS MAKE IT BIG
If you check out Farmclub on the USA Network, Friday 2/2 at 11pm you will be pleasantly surprised to see some familiar faces. And those faces would be local favorites Dysfunkshun and the Dirty Blondes! Yes that's right, Burlington bands on national television! And for those of you who will be busy clipping your toenails on Friday, you can catch the program again on Saturday 2/3 at midnight, and Monday 2/5 at 3am. You can also catch them on MuchMusic Tuesday 2/6 at 9pm.

CHAINSAWS BRING FEAR TO MTV
Fear, a program by MTV in which contestants are put in supposedly haunted locales and made to do various tasks (i.e. on one episode 5 people had to go into an abandoned, haunted prison.One person had to sit in the dark without saying or doing anything for 15 minutes.)Our very own masters of fear Chainsaws and Children will be most of the featured music for the program promos.Fear and Chainsaws, who would have thunk it? The new season of Fear starts on Sunday Feb. 18.
